No-bake Granola Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup rice krispies
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup chopped pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Grease pan.
  2. Mix oats, rice krispies, dried fruit and pumpkin seeds in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  4. Add sugar, honey and vanilla and whisk until sugar is disolved.
  5. Pour over mixed dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  6. Spread into pan.
  7. Press chocolate chips into the top.
  8. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
