Thank you for completing our 2023 Parent Survey

Your feedback is important to us and is used to identify strengths and areas for improvement. 

Survey results and comments are collated and reviewed by each centre team. The overall results are discussed by our leadership team. 

Sometimes feedback is rosy and positive and at times it reminds us that we are not perfect and have work to do. As we review the survey data, we at RisingOaks Early Learning choose to focus on progress, not perfection. Progress means we are striving towards something but accepting that there will always be room for improvement. 

With a focus on progress and continuous improvement, each team will identify up to three goals to work on based on your feedback.

An executive summary of the results will be shared with all RisingOaks’ families in late June.
