Welcome back and Happy New Year! The children returned with great excitement and were eager to share their experiences as we began the New Year together. This month, children engaged in New Year themed activities that focused on fresh beginnings, goal setting, and self-reflection in an age-appropriate way. Through group discussions, stories, and creative activities, the children explored the idea of New Year’s resolutions and shared simple goals such as being kind, helping others, trying new things, and doing their best in the classroom. Alongside these discussions, the children participated in fun art, play-based, and social activities that supported creativity, communication, and reconnection with classroom routines. It has been a wonderful start to the year, and we look forward to many more opportunities for learning, growth, and joyful experiences together.
