Alivianna was able to dance with her sisters and brother, Shay and Ellie danced with their sisters and JJ danced with his brother as well. We had so much fun! Ronno played some of the following songs, wheels on the bus, head and shoulders, I like me, I can dance, and the Hooray March. Dance engages the entire body, from the head to the toes. Physical activity is very beneficial and dance is a fun and great way to do that. Dancing teaches skills like balance, coordination, and control. The movements in dance also strengthen the heart through cardio, which is linked to reducing stress. As they dance they learning to understand and taking turns, working as a team, cooperating, sharing, respecting personal space and boundaries. Many of Ronno’s songs can be found on YouTube if you would like to checkout his music and have your own dance party too!
