A drip drop, a pour, and a spray – all the infants love water play! The summer has had some weather ups and downs… complete with a whole lot of surprise thundershowers. To combat the hot and humid temperatures, sporadic water play days have been our saving grace. From the sandbox scattered with waterfilled pots and pans, to the circular inflatable sprinkler fountaining on the grass. The infants explored from one end of the playground to the other, stopping at all the buckets to investigate along the way. You could see the wonder on their faces as they explored with all their senses, dabbling in science, while learning social skills surrounded by nature. The possibilities are endless when the children experience the world around them with their body, mind, and soul!
